What is the “Food delivery” function in TWINT+ and how do I use it?

In TWINT+, you can order food directly via Smood und have it delivered to your current location. Payment is taken care of directly, easily and conveniently using TWINT.

How it works:

  • Open your TWINT app and tap the “TWINT+” tile.
  • Tap “Food delivery” and you will be forwarded to the web application of our partner Smood in your Internet browser.
  • Tap “Let’s order”
  • Enter your delivery address as well as your desired delivery time.
  • Select the restaurant from Smood’s partner list. If you would like to order a particular type of food, you can also filter the food categories accordingly by tapping the respective icon (e.g. pizza or vegan/vegetarian).
  • Select the products you wish to order.
  • Now tap “Display shopping basket”.
  • Log into Smood. If this is your first order with Smood, you will need to complete the one-time registration process to create a Smood account.
  • Tap “Pay”. You will now be taken back to the TWINT app where you can confirm the payment.
  • In just a few minutes, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. The e-mail will also provide you with an estimated delivery time.
