I have lost my smartphone. What can I do?
Do you have your bank’s TWINT app? Then please contact the TWINT customer support at your bank. Do you use prepaid TWINT? If so, you can have your TWINT account blocked at any time by calling our 24-hour Customer Service on 0800 99 88 77. You will not lose your money, as it is not saved directly on your smartphone.
