I need additional stickers for an existing QR code. How can I order these?

Digital QR code stickers

You can download a digital copy of the QR code yourself from the TWINT merchant portal and print it out as often as you wish.

To download the QR code for an existing store, please proceed as follows:

• Open the “Stores” menu item and then click the pencil symbol next to the relevant store.
• You can download existing QR codes in the “QR code sticker(s)” section.

Please note that the digital QR code sticker is not suitable for e-commerce. Further information is available here.

Physical QR code stickers

When setting up a store, you can also order three QR code stickers printed on a water-repellent material, which will subsequently be sent to you by post. If you did not order any physical QR code stickers when setting up a store and would like to get some, please proceed as follows:

• Open the “Stores” menu item and then click the pencil symbol next to the relevant store.
• Afterwards, click the pencil system once again in the “QR code sticker(s)” area.
• Tick the corresponding box next to “Delivery of sticker” to also have the QR code sent by post as a physical sticker.
