I have received an unwarranted parking fine. What can I do?
Follow these instructions to download the receipt for your paid parking fee and use it to contact the office listed on the parking ticket. It will check the paid parking session and, where applicable, decide on whether to rescind the fine. TWINT and Digitalparking are unable to cancel fines.
