How do I track the shipment of my order?
- Go to the “Partner functions” section in your TWINT app and select the option “Super Deals”. The 4 most frequently used additional functions are displayed here. You can view a complete overview of these functions by tapping “Show all”.
- You will then be redirected to the TWINT Super Deals web portal.
- Tap on the three lines in the top-right corner to open the “My account” menu
- and then tap “Orders”.
- An overview of all of your orders placed via TWINT Super Deals will now be displayed.
- Important: This order overview will only list the daily or weekly deals (products available at a special price) that you have purchased. If you have made use of the discount offers from our partners, these will not be displayed here.
- Tap the desired order.
- Under order details, you will now see the order status as well as the tracking number.
- Tap the tracking number to copy it.
- Now tap the Swiss Post URL to the right of “Shipment tracking”.
- Now paste the tracking number here to view the shipment details.
