How do I redeem a promotion code?
A promotion code allows you to take advantage of attractive discounts and offers when taking out an insurance policy. How to redeem the code:
On the start screen
After selecting the “Insurance” partner function in your TWINT app, tap “I have a promotion code” on the start screen to open the entry field. Enter the code and tap “Apply”. You will then see the product for which the promotion is valid.
Via the menu
Click on the 3 lines in the top right corner to open the menu. Select “Promotion code” to open the entry field. Enter the promotion code and tap “Apply”. You will then see the product for which the promotion is valid.
When taking out your insurance
Choose the insurance product, tap “Calculate premium” and on the next screen, select “I have a promotion code” to open the entry field. Enter your promotion code and tap “Apply”. The discount will be applied automatically.
