How do I change my e-mail address in the online shop?

In your profile for the online shop, you can amend the e-mail address to which the voucher codes purchased by you are sent. To do so, please proceed as follows:

  • Open your TWINT app, tap the “Partner functions” section and then select “Digital vouchers”. The four most frequently used partner functions are displayed at first. To see all of the functions, tap “Display all”.
  • You will now be redirected to the online shop.
  • Tap ‘My account’ in the top-right-hand corner of the screen.
  • You can now amend your e-mail address in the upper part of the input window. Please type in your e-mail address again in the lower part of the input window to confirm the accuracy of the address you entered first.
  • Tap ‘Save e-mail address’.
  • Your newly saved e-mail address will be used with immediate effect as the new recipient address to which the purchased voucher codes will be sent.
