How can I save or change my company logo in the TWINT merchant portal?

In the TWINT merchant portal, you can see your registered stores under ‘Stores’.

In order to save or change a logo for a store, click on the pencil symbol in the top-right corner for the respective store. On the next page, click on the pencil symbol in the top-right corner again for the “Basic data” point. You can now save your logo or replace it by uploading a new logo. To save your changes, click on “Home” in the menu on the left and then click on “Save” here.

The logo must be saved in a PNG or JPG format with a resolution of 800×400 dpi. The file size must not exceed 300 KB.
