How do I change my password for accessing the TWINT merchant portal?

To change the password used for accessing the merchant portal, log in with your existing account.

  • Under ‘Settings’, you can find a list of all of your users in the ‘User management’ area.
  • Click the pencil symbol next to your own username and enter your new password.
  • Confirm your password again and then click ‘Save’.

Should you not yet have login details for the merchant portal, please register your company in the merchant portal first.
